Once we have received your Smoked Salmon order, here is what happens... In most cases we keep stock low to ensure freshness. Your Salmon will be cured, Smoked in our brick kilns, using oak chippings from Scottish whisky barrels. It comes out of the smokehouse, into vacuum packs then sent out the door. We try and get it into your hands within 24 hours of smoking. You can’t get fresher than that!
