Our haddock supplies come from 2 boats in the Scottish fishing fleet. We buy direct to secure the freshest stock avalable in Scotland. Still hand filleted in the traditional Scottish, “angle cut” style, ensuring our motto rings true, “from the sea to your table…no bones about it!” Skinless, boneless and jumping out the pan their so fresh! Vacuum packed delivered to your door, with ice pack.    

The size of the fillets may vary depending on availability, 3 or 4 fillets per kilo being about standard. Fillets are skinless and hand filleted, our aim being to reduce any chance of bones.
