Our haddock supplies come from 2 boats in the Scottish fishing fleet. We buy direct to secure the freshest stock possible. We only use 100% natural dyes in our smoking process. There are no artificial ingredients just vegetable extracts and salt which produce the most mouth-waters results possible.

The size of the fillets may vary depending on availability, 3 or 4 fillets per kilo being about standard. Fillets are skinless and hand filleted, our aim being to reduce any chance of bones.

Once your order has been received we will cure and smoke just before dispatch, to ensure freshness every time.
